  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to addresses within regions where it is legal to sell and distribute alcohol.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • The recipient must be of legal drinking age and provide valid government-issued identification upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your package.


5. Age Verification

To comply with local laws, the carrier may require age verification at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the package.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • You can request a change to your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
  • Additional fees may apply for address corrections or rerouting.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver to locations within the United States.
